I've tried to get a haircut for 5 days. First day I waited 45 minutes and then a customer that had signed up electronically cut in ahead of me. I went home and tried to sign up with e-mail, waited the 56 minutes that were indicated and when I got there they had no sign up for me. Today when I tried to sign up I found my barber wasn't available. Your system is designed to benefit the barbers, not your customers. Show the customers the availability, not just for the next hair cut, but for the entire day, it would be more convenient for them.
